Fresh, fragrant and fun is the philosophy behind Melbourne’s funkiest Thai restaurant, BangPop.
BangPop’s online Thai Cooking Classes have been a big hit. Thai food is really about taking those strong and subtle flavours and perfecting the ‘balance’ of salty, sweet, sour and spicy. And you can learn how to do that from your kitchen at home!
They have a few special sessions coming up this Saturday 9 May, 2020:
3pm online interactive class
Tod Mun Pla – Thai fish cakes with pickled cucumber relish and coriander
Pad Krapow Nua – Stir fried beef with chilli, holy basil and egg
4pm online interactive class
Plah pla – Salmon, lime and chilli ceviche on betel leaf
Mhu Waan -Caramelised pork belly with lime and tamarind caramel and a petite herb salad
5pm online interactive class
Moo Ping – Marinated Pork skewer with coconut and peanuts sauce
Gai Yang – Marinated chicken with honey, black pepper and pineapple with cabbage salad
Each Thai Cooking class:
1 hour class
