Join Bohemian Wine Bar at South Wharf for this casual and informative masterclass presented by their very own cheese master, wine makers and wine industry professionals. Learn about Pinots Noir, Grigio, Gris, Muener and blanc whilst enjoying the most delicious of matched cheeses.

Coldstream Hills & Macedon Duck Dinner

Few opportunities arise to enjoy duck, paired with a great range of wines such as this. Meat Market hosts a night of fine foods in a relaxed environment. Experiencing renowned Macedon Duck through an engaging demonstration by Executive Chef Malcolm Williams, learning just what it is that makes duck such a delicacy. A range of Coldstream Hills renowned wines will be paired throughout the evening’s courses to bring out the best in each other. Including their Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Noir. Andrew Fleming who has been creating wines for over 30 years is bringing his skill from Coldstream to imbue his  knowledge on the evening also.

Vegan Cheese and Wine Pairing Masterclass

Bohemian Wine Bar presents a cheese and wine pairing masterclass with The Vegan Dairy &  2018 Young Gun of Wine Trophy Winner Chris Carpenter from Lark Hill Winery. Learn about the unique cheese products created by The Vegan Dairy which will be matched to fantastic award winning bio-dynamic vegan wines from Lark Hill winery who will guide you through 5 wines perfectly paired to 5 vegan cheeses.

A must attend event for those looking to immerse themselves in the brilliant Australian produce of 100% vegan products and bio-dynamic wine.

Executive Chef Malcolm Williams will then whip up a delicious Vegan risotto using the wines and cheeses you’ve just learnt about in a cooking demonstration which will be served up to guests for dinner along with a glass of your favourite wine from the tasting to enjoy with dinner.

Sausage Making Class 

A two hour hands on masterclass where you’ll come away with an expanded knowledge of the different cuts of pork and how to make your own preservative and gluten free sausages at home. Once your sausages are done you can sit down to enjoy a gourmet sausage lunch and beer with your fellow foodies. Make sure you bring a cooler bag to take home your hand made goodies.

BangPop Vegan Dinner

Bangpop’s infamous Vegan Thai Dinner is back this spring. The dining experience includes an amazing flavourful 7-course meal with clean vegan twists on classic curries, mouth-watering Thai snacks. Meat Market hosts the Penfolds and Robbins Island Wagyu Dinner. A veritable feast of the finest Wagyu beef cuts, presented through an engaging display by Executive Chef Malcolm Williams, teaching guests about the finer details of Wagyu beef and why it is considered some of the best in the world. Along with Penfolds opening their 2014 Grange amongst various specially picked wine pairings.
