Get in a great state of mind this Summer season from the get go with morning flow sessions on the Common Lawn, South Wharf by the Yarra. With an outdoor setting and uninterrupted views of the Melbourne CBD start your day with presence of mind and positivity with this one of a kind experience.
Experienced Yogis will guide you through a morning flow helping you balance your body and mind through the busy end of year season right through to the end of summer. Not only can yoga help you wake up, but it’s great for your mindset and physical fitness too. For starters, research shows it combats stress, so if you wake up freaked out about the day ahead, that’s all the more reason to roll out your mat. Mats will be provided and everyone is welcome to these all ability sessions! Sessions are Wednesdays beginning on Wednesday December 11th and continuing until the end of March. Session Times: Wednesdays: 8am - 9am. Sessions are $15 per person plus booking fees and include a coffee & juice or breakfast smoothie from the Common Man bar. Select your session below to register.
