Join a small group of 10 fellow sushi enthusiasts at Akachochin and watch Head Chef Uein Hayashi Lee create three different types of sushi rolls. Once he is done, he will guide you through the re-creation of these fine dishes for you to enjoy later.
Chef Uein will show guests the process of preparing the fish, what cuts to look for and the best local spots to locate your ingredients giving you the skills and knowledge to confidently prepare sushi in your own time.

Learn everything you need to know about sausage making with Head Chef Lorenzo Casu at Common Man. During the class, you’ll discover how to find the best cuts of meat, how to grind it, which herbs and seasonings to add and how to fill natural sausage casings.
Later you’ll cook your snags and enjoy a sit-down gourmet sausage lunch with a satisfying cold beer. Sit back and admire the view of the Yarra River and Melbourne’s skyline whilst chatting with your classmates.
